Jonny was born in Kenya but was educated at Epsom College and then Durham University, where he graduated with a degree in Politics. Following this, Jonny completed a post graduate course at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts Drama School.

To date, Jonny is a prolific figure in the events industry, having established himself as the UK’s number one auctioneer and has raised over £28 million for various charities, including Cancer Research UK, The NSPCC and The Princes Trust. As well as being a successful auctioneer, Jonny is a popular MC, presenting a variety of events for clients ranging from Sir Tim Rice, Sir John Major and Sir David Frost OBE and is a firm favourite with sporting legends such as Jason Leonard OBE, Sir Ian Botham OBE, Lawrence Dallaglio OBE and Sir Alex Ferguson.

Jonny is an avid supporter of Chelsea FC and currently fronts the club’s television channel, as well as presenting for ITV Carlton’s London Tonight, Sky Poker and Fantasy Football for The Telegraph online.
